- the company culture is horrible, Manager always right. Have a QA Manager who doesn't have a qualification for the job and clueless. 
-No PPE provided, untidy factory very dirty and slippery. No safety measures followed.
-one page Contract signed with no salary written. 
-Long hours,If you're looking for experience and career growth just don't go there
-Sudden change of job description was hired to be a QC controller then changed it to QA Admin without informing

It's great cause I keep learning new things I can say I now have job experience if we talking operator or receiving

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's good I don't wanna liar and people are friendly inside the company

the duties are distributed around the whole factory so that one will gain knowledge about every aspect of quality control and quality assurance. shifts are from 6-6 with a 45 min lunch break. the hardest part is that you will be on your feet most of the time but the environment is conducive for production.

I learnt a great deal at heartland Foods however it was the overarching organizational culture, the gross nepotism, lack of grow potential and the fact that people did not receive a salary increase in 5 years that lead me to resign.

Worst Company I’ve ever worked for, seriously no structure in place, no benefits, I.e medical aid, provident fund, retirement fund. They don’t even register you on uif forget about IOD. and they is a lot of IOD’s.

Working under pressure to produce quality product to make customers happy and meet the target of the day .we also do all kinds of cereals cornflakes,oats,muesli,clusters ,bars & instant poridges

Poor management support, no proper procedures, no proper HR personnel. A lot of favoritism takes place. No work ethics.

Company infrastructure is falling apart



The company has a very biased approach to employees I dont believe they are fair and the management have an unprofessional way of approaching employees 

The time of working are over hours that I was working according to South Africa law they were rushing hours to push yourself, and that is big problem because you don't get enough rest as a driver.
