nothing at the moment every work is stressful and it depends how you deal with the work stress and if it gets too much one can go and get help

the working culture in HIVSA is great , respect each other and work as a team 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A very busy and all one needs to survive is to work hard and very smart

I'm enjoying working with young girl to give them this opportunity that I didn't get when i was young it is very inspiring for me to learn again. I am dedicated person with a good communication and multitasking person. I was doing recruitment for this girls and most hardest part of the job it was when i met the young girls at the age of 16-21 already had the experience of HIV infection and already they responsibility at home and the kids. So for me it was a challenge to recruit them and also to retain them. The most enjoyable part is to see lot of girls appreciating and thanking me for their success.

I have been working as a supervisor for mentors , a typical day would be doing paper work and training the mentors . I have learnt facilitation skills on the job, patience and gained a lot of skills. Management is well . The culture is of expected.The hardest part of the job is working under pressure and working on weekends.The most enjoyable part would be the fact that there is team work .

HIVSA was a second home to me. It was a professional environment however it has a great family set up. At HIVSA one used to be pushed out his comfort zone and was always provided with a lot of avenues for development. The only reason I had to leave HIVSA was because of the need to do my personal thing on my own.

The mentors always push you to reach your highest potential. Always check and ask about one's wellbeing. Care a lot. Always guide you and give advice so keep you out of trouble. It's a company that believes in the development of every employee. You feel at home and I honestly would rather always be at work than at home.

Get skilled in uplifting yourself.working at hivsa needs such a person it was an experience and it needed someone who is hardworking and truthful, I learned that working in u a team can be challenging at Times.

When you work there you must a hard worker nd enthusiasm. Also you must be innovative and learn as much as you can about the company. I was a free person and I was a Team player nd full of innovative. I was a hard worker nd I used to work overtime.

Poor work life balance, with no benefits and work weekends, Secretive about salaries so most people are actually underpaid. Micro management. Preference given to foreign nationals. No job security at all

A goot team work groups and professionalism.management always forward with information.wish it was not an NGO so that people can have permanent jobs not contact.
