Im based a factory production which deals in FCMG hence the challenges are vary and challenging but the level of experience gained thus far outweighs the cons which we deal with on a day to day,as we are constantly challenged to think out of the box.

What is the best part of working at the company?
No micro management. I'm able to work from anywhere.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Contractual employment. I'd love to be employed permant.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Each day is a new day. you learn everyday

Global Company managed according to regulation in India. This provides constraints with cultural aspects in terms of the clan methodology. 
The local guys are fantastic but when your boss sits thousands of miles aware he actually does not have any idea of what you do. This allows for extended politics that should be managed.

HCL prides its self with the employee first motto which means employees should be happy in order to be productive.working at the company I learnt the importance of team work,driving towards one goal and making the client happy.

I would prefer not to report negatively, however, HCL should create more opportunities for SA Citizens instead of resourcing majority of the staff from India. Adored the guys from India, but lets fix our unemployment rate first.

HCL gave me the platform to learn many things personally and professionally. The management is supportive and the mentorship program helps one grow as a leader in the company.

It is typical Indian mnc where managerial roles weigh more the  technical roles. It is more into support than development and customer handling at multiple levels is different.

No flexiblility on Project and good culture. dedicated to their staff .great and committed to their assigned projrct and deliver quality
no discrimination always deliver what the y promise.

lots of learning and good work culture to grow in technology and IT services industry. HCL has really working environment and i have really enjoyed last 8 years of working in HCL

Working in the capacity of Oracle HCM Functional  Consultant,got a chance to implement oracle hcm modules in multiple geographies.
