A typical day at work would be being out in the field and dropping pieces and having fun with your colleagues 
I've learned that sometimes team work makes the dream work 
 Management was great no problems 
 The work place was amazing they create excitement through their respective activities and the daily deliberation in the morning 
The hardest part is not dropping pieces after a long day of looking for customers in the field 
You meet new people and you step out of your comfort zone and you create  positive relationships with your colleagues 

Gro direct gives you an opportunity to grow as an individual...it gives you the needed sales and marketing experience which you do face to face...It boosts your confidence.Gro direct learns you to how to set goals and how to achieve them.The dream is everything if u are driven.It gives you the opportunity to expand.The hardest part of the job is where you have to go to other places because you don't have transport.So it's a challenge but the payments you earn allows you to cover for all hence the fun part is when you sell in other places.You are always excited and motivated

You get to meet an exciting team.

Working 8 hours and not dropping pieces. No pieces, no pay.
Also the company's deductions are insane.

It's a great and positive environment. The culture is to work together to achieve individual goals

Long, sweaty, tiring and very draining both emotionally and mentally.

Looking for customers all over

You have to be energetic and not shy and there are instances where you talk in front of dozens of people 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fun and stressful ..in the morning meeting it's fun and informative, then at the field it's stressful as you meet different people.

It was really great working in the company i learned to be independent and to handle most difficult situations 
I learned to work under pressure learned to put others before me and how to multi task in their field of work and lastly i learned how to work hard, professional because you had to work for you to get paid with no results no pay😄

To smile ,helping others ND also helps U know how to deal with people ( differences between them

What i learned at Grodirect is how to work as a team and individual,they i also learned how to communicate with customers and how to handle a difficult customers.The management there it is excellent.The hardest part of the job it was when i was supposed to go to a company and 

I learned how to work with different people in a short period of time and teaching me also on how to dream. I learned having a big dream is the only way of living the kind of imagination life I always wanted.
Since I started working at Gro direct I have developed a strong personal character.

If you are not physically fit, you might now survive working there because you walk a lot. The pressure is too much because the work is fast passes. If your communication skills are low, it's going to be hard for you.
