Great North Transport

I was working every day from Monday  to  Friday.I have learned how to work with various people and learn how to work under pressure and learning new job each day.The company management was strict when coming to time management .And this thing has teach me to manage any time given and to things in order to avoid waisting time.The co -workers was very supportive when coming to educate or teaching me  other duties in the company.The hardest part of the  job was when i was working as a regulator because when it rains ,you must go out and check every bus at the bus rank before it depart.There was no rain coats by the time i was working.I enjoyed  the job when  i was working as a bus washer because when it was hot , we were working under a shed and our bodies were protected from sunlight.

this company is a male dominated company which is a public transport which operate in limpopo.it carries passenger from their location to their work place.im working as n accounts clerk and monetaring all the movement of revenue in the company.my experience is a good company but they dont groom people who came disadvantage to this company.so thats why im looking for a job for the company that will understant that born poor was not my choice but dying poor will be my mistake.im currently studying because i neva had that opportunity to study because of financial problem.I got experience here at Great North transport but my dream is to be a manager one day not to be an employee for the rest of mylife.

What is the best part of working at the company?
work environment is great ,  sociable, experience as the teach you the full function of finance .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with unsatisfied passengers due to break downs and not able to pay suppliers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
the environment is good and well coming and the culture is always listen attentively and respond to queries 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
when passengers come to the offices and taking out their frustration on us as we were unable to service delivery

the day work its fine though am working under pressure every day and meet employee with their challenge and i expected to resolve it in the way that employee are fine.

remember i came as intern from university but this company teach me the practicals of the theory that i was doing at school

the work place culture its fine we all work as a team if the other department its in pressure we assist each other

the hardest part was when our company decide to reduce the number of position instead they took HR officer position out and left with HR clerk only.The work was too much for me.

Great North Transport bus service was a very good company to work at, I have learned how to manage passengers bad attitude, behaviour and how to solve problems between the bus driver, passengers and myself.
The hardest part of the job was to wake up at 3am to be at the field but I was used to the early morning time.
The enjoyable part of this work was u don't work under pressure what u have to do is to make u what your hired to do for the company.

each and every day I get to learn new things as now I can work at any department. The work environment is adaptable as we practice diversity culture.The management use good criteria of communication steps in order to improve the environment workplace.

The company see it that al interns are well trained and that their time within the company is well spent, the management is strong and the deploy a democratic management system and  every employee's voice is heard. I enjoyed doing a fault finding and the fact that I explored the functionality of different departments.

I have learnt almost everything about HR management that is why I was advised by my mentor at Great North Transport to apply for a permanent position. If they were hiring I will be recommended as they say.

I enjoy working here.it is the best company i have ever heard of.the working environment is also fabulous.The company is on the best level.
The experience i have gained here is wonderful
