Depending on the shift you scheduled for,ealy morning and late night shift were the best shift. Who want to start work 15h00 in the afternoon.
During my time I have learned to communicate with people on different levels. For example, rich, poor, sober or one to many drinks and all races. Some very well mannered and some very aggressive but I was there to provide a excellent service and to entertain.

My co-workers were all very friendly people but stress can get to everyone some times. Most superiors very grumpy sometimes but understandable because it is a fast paste environment where no one want to make any mistake.

The shifts can get to you because it can mess with your sleeping routine.

The best part was when your shift finish and everybody talk about what happened the night ,silly mistakes they made and ofcourse how they going to sleep now

Always being professional and assisting staff with training.

Working with staff shortages.

Very comfortable environment to work in, everybody helps each other if needed.

It was when i work on Wednesday

No one day is the same at work, which makes it exciting. The job touches on all my interests like writing and dealing with people but also challenges one to develope industry knowledge and skills to improve productivity and team work.

How to communicate with different people and cultures.Management is very one dimensional.Very hard workers there with a lot of energy.Hardest part of the job is when you open your payslip and you see your salary is not worth it what you put in.

A typical working day is filled with fun and exciting staff members who make it easy an enjoyable to work at Grandwest. management is very understanding.

At my work I was feel happy because the people I worked with them and Manger they're such amazing people and they share with something even it's a small thing and the are supportive people 

To work at Grand west it was a very challenging but enjoyable place , there was a lot of challanges but experienced a lot at the same time.

It was a great pleasure working at grandwest,they have great bosses and employees. I would recommend anyone to work there. I only left there due to end of contract.
