with immediate supervisor who is a nurse we had a good rapport but with he others it was difficult because they were more interested with the capital flow of the company yet we on the other hand we are ther for the lives of their employees.

co-workers we were in good relationship because were were sharing the same sentiment of the organization.

hardest part was when you have to attend punters outside the clinic in the rooms or in the parking area  and staff at the clinic, and you are all alone. I felt my nursing career and nursing certificate was compromised and it was difficult just to leave without being replaced, thinking about the relationship I had with the staff 

I enjoyed my job post exposure to the organization because to date I have friends and some consult with me for other health matters they need to know.

On a typical day everyone had to attend a briefing session ,then from there we would go to the gaming floor and assess if everything is still in order and fixed all the machines that had problems to ensure that our customer had a pleasant gaming experience . The job thought me a lot of things , such as how to communicate with people ,the different soft wares that the casino uses to make sure to facilitate jackpot pay outs and that the correct customer was paid, in general how the organization integrate different departments to ensure that the monthly targets are met. Working at Gold Reef City casino was a great experience because the employees were always motivated to work to the best of their abilities , so that made it easy for me to enjoy my job  but it was always a challenge to persuade the older generation to accept some of my ideas because they were a bit out of their comfort zone but the most enjoyable part was when management acknowledge my efforts

It was very nice to work at there, you meet different people from different places, different cultures and behaviours.I have learnt a lot about how you carry yourself towards your co-workers and customers, treatment towards your customers is very crucial and uncompromised.Management point of view is the area I suggest they should look into there's lack of skill.Culturally is doing good as they amend to most of the things that are beneficiary to their staff and clients.When the customers are losing their money a lot is when you will feel that this isa horrible place to be.Is when you take a break because that is the only time you got to sit down after been on your feet for perhaps 5-6 hours of your shift

-Challenging from monitoring staff up to guest who had too much to drink sometimes.
- I have learned not to be easily changed by a person because of his interest, others will tell you the car he drives but still ask you to sign him a beer.
- The most enjoyable time when giving the next coming Manager a hand over, it used to be funny. "Please take all your problems with you, I hope everyone is sober"

My experience working there has been nothing but fun , educative ,eye opener for me as I joined the company at a very young age , just after completing my matric . personally I learned a lot from my colleagues ,superiors and management about life in general , handling customers....professionalism has always been the number one key aspect in that company .

Should I get another chance to prove myself again what I can offer now , I will definitely jump at that chance to show that I have grown both physically and mentally and I can handle life's challenges much more easier now compared to before .  

The long hours were alright to me because as a human being , you get used to it , as for free lunches....that's a bonus .

I've learnt a lot and I've given a lot for the past few years I worked there.

I was a prive dealer dealt high stake games.  Dealt black jack, roulette, bacarra, poker participated in all the black jack and roulette competitions. I really enjoyed my work and got very good at it. The people I met along the way have given me life skills I use till today not only dealing with difficult customers but the staff were amazing normal people doing amazing things everday.  I had to work night shifts and travelled a distance to get to work and back each day.

IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK FOR. IT HAS TAUGHT ME SKILLS AND DEVELOPED IN SO MANY WAYS. IT HAS JOB AND WORK BALANCE
