What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's only the pressure we get from customers and having problems coming up with early solutions.

Pros:
Freddy Hirsch is prepared to pay for almost all training and self-development.

Cons: 
Unable to employ acquired skills as they prefer doing things the way they have always been done.

Pros:
All positions at Freddy Hirsch pay above the market-related pay for the same position with an excellent benefits package.

Con:
There is a sense of entitlement to your time as a result of this high pay. 

Con:
High management turnover alludes to structural insecurity.

Con:
Working at Freddy Hirsch feels like you've stepped back into time.

Updating all payments received onto the relevant Debtors accounts
Checking to see if all payment promises were kept and phoning the ones who had not paid
sorting queries eg. invoices short paid or not paid for previous month
At month end no one went home till all payments were received and allocated
Hardest part of job was pacifying the farmers who had made agreements to only pay after the harvest
Mixed culture and all got on well together

Developed good leadership skills and I'm enthusiastic, self driven and highly motivated at what I do. Able to work under pressure.  Drive for results orientated.  Ability to relate and co-operate with personnel.  Pro active in performance driven.  Loyal and committed to employer and customers.  Good organizing skill.  I love my job and installation and everything that goes with it.

It's really a good company to work for, if you do what is expected of you, they will look well after you. But they may expect a lot of your personal time. 
They will help you build skills and better yourself.

Hi I was working for two years at Freddy Hirch in Maitland and I really enjoyed working there.That was my first work in a factory in the casing department.I didn't know anything the time I start but in approximately two weeks I knew everything.The supervisors was amazing people strict but willing to help and teach you the right way.They start from the beginning to the end and health and safe

I worked fro freddy hirsch and i regret leaving the place. depending on which branch you work at, you'll obviously experiance things differently. but i loved my branch. great branch managers and also great work structure. good work/life balance. quick to equip you with skills needed. HR was always impartial and fair. the Hirschs knew each of the employees by name. only left for a better salary offer

An extremely toxic work environment. Your light will be dimmed by incompetent, draconian, narcissistic leadership. You will be exposed to micromanagement to the point of insanity and leaving no room for your voice or any form of meaningful contribution. If you value people and emotional wellbeing this is not the company for you. I've never seen staff turnover this high in my life.

Freddy hirsch is most certainly the place to be.
If one wants to have a very successful career and is looking for a bright future this is the place to be.

Place is run by bad lower management and you basically get treated like nothing everyday you wil even be told I'm going to replace you  there is no ethic no moral there is nothing to enjoy really not even you allocated break time as you only get 15 minutes twice a day
