As the day Started the Cash Ups and Orders were Top Priority. Catching up with Admin and Dealing with Customers. Last but Not Least Cashing Up the Cashieres at the End of the Day by using an Format on Excel. 

Gained a lot of Computer Literacy, How to Satisfy Guest Needs, Always Listen to my Staff. Taking Action where it was Required. To be Patient. Gained a Lot of Management Experience.

Finances and the Shop Worked Well Together. The General Manager Cares A Lot about his Resort and always willing to help. 

The staff I am working with are very friendly, trustworthy, always willing to help. We are working very well together as a team.

I have worked just littlie bit over a year at Tshipise Forever Resorts, the people I worked with in my kitchen was under qualified and unwilling to learn or to the extra. I have learned a lot about management of stock and stock control and overall mamagment of the kitchen. Management putt a lot of pressure on me to get the kitchen staff up to standard which was the hardest part of my job.

all in all good place to work and i strongly believe that they should focus more in Employment equity because i believe in fairness when it come to job description and comparison of salaries in terms of positions.only there and there which i think the company would try to rectify for the equality of staff but as say i see a great company which is taking care of their employees.

You meet everyday new guest with different culture background always something new and excitting i was doing conferencing handle of december month bookings which guest need to book 14days or more to qaulify for a specific campsite reliable for the matriculant end of year holiday.

1.Fridays to sundays are very busy due to many tourists.
2.Communication & management are the skills i've developed.
3.Co-workers were so dedicated to work and have adaptability skills.
4.Teller plus Stock taker = business profit and loss analyser.

The place was educational and taught me a lot about housekeeping and patience. It also taught me how to deal with people. All in all, it taught me how to be patience, work hard and treat people fairly.

Everyday is unplanned as there is always something new that pops up.
There are always unplanned unexpected things to take care off. Regarding food and guest.

Good multinational company that provides for its employees.
Some locations are isolated and remote, so not the type of work for outgoing people and party animals.

working as a house keeper was not easy cleaning 08 to 09 Chalets a day, although it was a very good experience meeting new people every day from deference  places.
