What is the best part of working at the company?
Having to reach the store target everyday was very fun because we had a healthy competition with the team, but the goal was to make sales. That was one of the best parts for me and having to learn how to be organised as an individual. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Stressful part for me was when the store is lower than 100% in terms of Sales Target.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
More than 100% Sales target and the pressure is to high and long hours that leads to employees to make a good turnover for the business 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
In the morning we have a meeting as staff members on how are we planning on winning everyday to reach the store target. Also we had to promote everyday to passing customers but what I like was the loud and energetic staff.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Consistent coaching, mentoring. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Season, can be stressful, there is a large volume of stock coming in and a large volume of customers as well. About 3 times more, so to be looking like you just opened up and that all customers get the same customer experience takes a bit of work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Customer centric environment for both internal and external customers.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starts with a morning meeting. Discuss the target for the day, discuss the previous days performance. Discuss the lows, if there were any, discuss the wins. Celebrate individuals, a bit of product training, discuss the plan for the day and who will do what at what times.

Footgear may still be a growing company, but it's very rapid. This has been so far, the best retail store I lead in. I'm not so much concerned about the Reginal Manager as he did not appreciate my assertion and intellect. I feel he was confused. I enjoyed my area manager, store manager and staff with whom we had a deeply energetic relationship. We had set out goals, encouraging each other and building one other as we helped each other to reach target. We were self taught champions and we made the store alive with great love, dedication and personality till I was retrenched. 

- Working Hours 40HOURS Per Week.

-I learned to communicate effectively to the Footgear Customers. As well as reach my Targets with selling of shoes.

- Management was excellent they had A strong Management team to Run the Store.

-  Co Workers . They were all friendly and Easy too get along with.

- Hardest part of the job would be tiding and Cleaning the Store . Preparing for the next day & Stock loss was a very big issue in that store.

- The Most Enjoyable part is that you get to sell all the latest Name Brands like Nike, Reebok, New Balance & Adidas just too name a few.

Promoting….thệ moment when you have to promote and show specials and deals that we have

Sales …..each person have a budgeted amount that him/her should reach every day …

Work environment is pretty good and it’s like at the company it has a good impact because business operations in a busy street

Friday……when the shop is not operating well ….the area manager came so …workers work under pressure

Dealing stock, stock take, Expense control

Not meeting the budget, not meeting daily targets and stock loss

Retail store; most welcoming with big brands shoes and clothing, profitable business, passionate bosses and staff

Is to give our customers best services to meet customer's needs

Retrenchment if the company not making money accordingly.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I spend my time at floor helping the customers I sometimes go outside the store to promote so that the customers will know what we have in the store...

telling customers about the shoes ..explain the shoes advantages  and disadvantages ..hospitality ,welcoming them inside the store ,

I have learnt many thing eg ..learnt how to do general admin, capturing stock through system ..also learnt cashier how to swipe the customers cards and put the correct amount , the hardest part of the job is promoting outside on the sun for more than an hour oh two hours 

selling inside is enjoyable because its one on one thing and you have to convincing a customer to buy your product

Its a good company  that allows  you to learn  and grow  within  the company and offer great  experiences in retail  and give you  more knowledge  about different  products  also enjoyable  in company  and great benefits   also the hard part its when u have to work also on holidays  but its good because  you  get paid  for holidays

To me it was not the best, but others seem to be enjoying

Traveling out of your working hours

Not bad as I managed to work for 3 years in the Company

Quiet days can be stressful, as you will be feeling as if you are not doing your work to the fullest
