I worked as an IT Technician, and overall the working environment was positive and professional. The team culture was generally supportive, and the role provided valuable exposure to real-world enterprise IT operations.

My daily responsibilities included resolving logged IT support calls and providing remote assistance to users. Where issues could not be resolved remotely, I was required to travel to branch locations using a company vehicle, which added practical field experience and helped me develop strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

I joined the company during a period when many projects were being actively implemented. While this offered a good learning opportunity, it also resulted in a high workload and increased pressure, particularly when balancing ongoing support with project-related tasks. At times, this made the role demanding, especially when resources and staffing levels did not always match the volume of work.

In terms of compensation, I felt that the remuneration was not fully aligned with market standards for similar IT roles. Additionally, there appeared to be a noticeable pay gap among IT professionals within the company, which felt disproportionate considering similar responsibilities and workloads.

Despite these challenges, the role contributed positively to my professional growth, strengthened my technical skills, and provided valuable experience in a fast-paced IT environment.

I would get to the branch at 07:00 in the morning,count petty cash and sign off all contracts of the following day. I would then have to complete all reports of the following day and attend to all descrepencies immediatly if any arises.
We opened at 08:00 and from there I would already have clients asking for me personally,as I loved to satisfy clients and when they left with nothing, they woyld also understand why they did. I am very big on customer service and would always go the extra mile. in the event of  slow day, I would constantly be on the phone calling potential clients and looking for good bussines. also giving advice to the best of my capabilities, remembering to represent the companies best interest.
Finbond has taught me well and for that I appreciate the great leadership I submitted to. 

we would close our doors at 16:30 every day and then I would start with reports, send figures and then by 17:00 I would leave to go home to the family.

I learned that with great power comes reat responsibility and that is a good thing.

My favourite part of the day was seeing a satisfied client leave with a smile and knowing that we were there to help them achieve financial independance.

-i have always been a peoples person so my customer service skilss comes natrually although i learned everything i know about finance and admin skills at finbond mutual bank 

-managment is great but theres still some room for improvement

-my co-workers have very diffrent personalities and i enjoy it, they also very helpfull and confident people

-sometimes we dont get training on certain stuff and then we need to figure it out by ourselfs (CO-WORKERS ARE VERY HELPFULL SO THERES TEAMWORK)

-im a very curious person i deal directly with clients and their diffrent situations so i enjoy the interaction and i love to help where i can

This company is not the company that you can work for if you still want to grow and pursue your career the salaries are too less they prefer to pay lot of salaries to the area managers while they don't work they just check the work that the staff is doing they don't about the staff that's working the and bring business and profits  their areaa managers they do what ever they want if they want to fire you now you will be fired and their regional managers managers would be quite and don't do something they don't care what was you input all alonger you where working fine they don't care this people

Duties:
Typing documents and distributing payment requests.
Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.
Faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning.
Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
Handling confidential information.
Processing of leave, warnings and dismissal forms.
Running back ground checks for new employees.
Directing UIF forms.
Directing Labour Audit forms.
Handling documentation for new employments.
Making and booking travel and staying arrangements for the company.
Answering phones, dealing with the staff and customers, handling situations with head office and staff in the branches.

Finbond is a very peaceful work place. As it being my first job out of highschool, i learned alot about the real life outside of school, more especially financial literacy cause i had to give out loans on a daily, which means you learn from the clients finances.
You are taught the work. Which isnt hard to be honest. You do a clients affordability, which determines whether they quality or not then issue out the loan however i think they are underpaying their employees.The hardest part about the job would be reaching your target for sales and also collecting, cause you need to get the money back and sometimes clients  that they do not want to pay. The enjoyable part is that the loan process is easy to do

finbond over works their employees with no benefits with a strick unlawful constitution that works against its employees and does not look after their employees at all. Also they do not care about about their employees saftey at all. all their consultants get paid differently and they tell eveyone that they all get paid the same, they speak about commission but make it impossible get get there and if you do eventually get there they can still decide themselfs if you get the commission you worked hard for or not.they do not pay overtime at all and expect employees to give up their time for free.

Worked for Finbond Mutual Bank for over 4 years...I'm currently looking for new challengeto broaden my skills. I stated in my cv that I thrive well in a challenging environment ensuring quality that meet business objectives. Within Finbond Mutual Bank we had our good months and bad months mainly worked with targets relating to loans, normal banking like opening savings accounts, filling, data capturing, telemarketing, marketing in the street as a face to face marketing, selling Finbond products helping out with few managerial duties.

Overflow of people ,passing buy.working together with peace with  my fellow workers with out harrasment

Signing in client .sending reports ,requesting what is necessary to my office

I have been working for almost 6 years with most of your required skills and practices. Even though I was working for financial institutions and doing collections,  it went hand in hand with typing, Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint. With regards to making/receiving calls and handling customer queries I excel in that field as the nature of where I’ve worked was handling clients telephonically. Having worked in a target driven environment has taught me to be a fast and smart worker. I therefore believe that I have acquired all skills needed for me to be efficient and able work as an office administrator.
