When constructors arrived not knowing how to type course for visitors details must be recorded on system when entering premises.

Government environment investigating financial fraud.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good1 & enjoyable to be surrounded by different people.

Completing new assignment and address queries where applicable

I learnt to deal with different people with different characters and cultures.

Some managers were quite helpful and issued clear and concise instructions.

Co-workers quite helpful and cooperative

Some old financial information was not easy to generate. That was the difficult part of the job.

The enjoyable part was to do something new that has never been done before

A good place to learn about financial crimes and money laundering. The kind of business carried out at Financial Intelligence Centre is unique, you have to be willing to learn about the FICA regulations and the Act itself. This environment will allow a person to learn a lot and grow as a person and career wise.

FIC is a good environment for someone to learn about money laundering but you are limited since you are exposed to the Fict Act, POCA and Poctadara. 

Someone wanting to be removed from a stressful environment, this is the place.

 I  learned a lot about  money laundering, terror financing, and how the company collaborates with other financial institutions to combat these and other financial crimes. Management was very supportive, culture also quite vibrant and fun. Loved the employee wellness day.

It's not a place for ambitious people. Be clear on your goal and understand this is not the environment to fulfil your dreams. It offers a step to somewhere.

All places comes with its challenges.  But most people within the ICT team is very very competent and you have the best ability to grow.

Good place to work for. The working hours are flexible and the staff is supportive. I enjoyed working here. The management is approachable and easy to work with.

Was on contract, but i was not treated differently from permanent staff. It’s fast paced environment, if inexperienced, you won’t cope with work load.

A good organization to work for. The most challenging and interesting part of my job was the amount of information and knowledge I had to grasp within a short period of time.
