Avoid at All Costs
My experience with this company was far from the positive picture painted during the interview. Once onboard, I encountered significant challenges, including poor management, nepotism, and a lack of standardized procedures. The promised foundation for career growth was non-existent, leaving me to navigate a disorganized environment without guidance.

Senior Management and Exco
The knowledge gap from senior management to the executive board is glaring. The leadership, especially at the executive level, lacks the intellect and forward-thinking needed in today's dynamic work landscape. Their outdated approach hampers progress and innovation.

Day-to-Day Struggles
A typical day involved rushing to meet arbitrary clock-in times, with an unsettling focus on punctuality. The absence of structure meant no "typical" day, and the expectation to handle work-related issues after hours without company-provided resources added to the challenges.

Learning Experience
Contrary to my expectations, the company provided no learning opportunities. Coming from a tech-leading background, I found the environment stifling and regressive due to a lack of innovation and acceptance of new technologies.

Management Disconnect
There's a noticeable gap between management and practical realities. Whether due to a lack of skills, intelligence, leadership, or a combination of factors, the management's approach does not align with the demands of the real world.

Toxic Workplace Culture
The workplace culture is toxic, marked by widespread discontent among employees. Clear favoritism and nepotism exacerbate the negative atmosphere, with over 75% of colleagues expressing their dissatisfaction.

The Toughest Part
The most challenging aspect was witnessing colleagues in other organizations advancing while I felt stagnated. The lack of progress and opportunities for growth were demoralizing.

To wrap up, if you do ever join, and decide to leave. Please ensure you have written confirmation of when your final salary will be processed as these people do NOT pay people that leave on time.

Management needs to be changed desperately. Managers do not have the proper qualifications (Degree/Diploma) and skills due to this, they do not know how to treat the staff in the correct manner and they have no knowledge of how to handle conflict situations. It is more of a blame game environment, managers put the staff under immense pressure, whilst they are not doing any work.  Protocols and procedures are different depending on the individual being dealt with, which is extremely unfair. Should there be a restructure, and new "qualified" managers get put into place, they can turn the business around. The senior management never stands behind the 'normal staff', way too much of shielding and protecting of the department managers. If the department is not functioning properly, it is a reflection of the manager of that department!!! This is something that the senior management needs to understand! Department managers are extremely quick to blame the staff, when they do not provide ample training and support. Not a good working environment at all, definitely not a place to build a career. It is only the department managers who are secure in their jobs, everyone else is just there to perform a function. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The payroll department is updated. The management team gives every technician value and chance to outgrow, implement and learn new skills. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having to work on vehicles, which have unexpected breakdowns with no parts from suppliers hence the site in which vehicles operates can't compromise staying without patrol operating vehicles.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment in free, safe and friendly.  Where Technician values are met regardless of colour, age or gender.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
At first a typical day at Fidelity services Group in the workshop it was frightening as one didn't physically know what is really expected of me. But currently, a typical day  is like a half day because the team gave each one of us tasks and key responsibilities to focus on and help each other once your duties are complete.

I learned how to be a team player, strong administrative and communicative skills. Management was very supportive and allowed me to grow, I had my own mistakes as an employee and I must acknowledge. The culture was very diverse, different cultural backgrounds infused to enhance and uplift our country's sloga " Rainbow Nation". The hardest part is having to work under pressure and still be able to maintain the same level of level headless and a very good sense of EQ. The most amazing part is that u get to be exposed to a variety of diverse people who genuinely work hard and love what they do. You get to learn certain qualities and they never look at who you are or what you have, they give u a chance to uplift yourself.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. Toxic environment and ridiculous amount of drama that is there. Poor management skills implemented and unpaid for the amount of work that needs to be done. I believe in fairness and giving it your all when required to do a job yet , it is considered normal to carry with weight of lazy co workers. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
12 hour shifts, 7 days a week, favoritism that comes from management

Toxic work environment and cramped conditions with horrible toilet facilities and equipment that does not work properly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sitting at my desk and working for 11 hours with a split 30 minutes each break. Very exhausting

Competitive compensation,a company that cares about it's employees provides them with appropriate salaries and benefits

Long hours and changes within the company

An agile company culture is one that allows it's employees to work in the way that suits them best

Collaboratively plan my day and make sure that urgent work gets done first,so that my employer be happy as well as the clients

Since it was my first time working as Security officer, they trained me very well and was able to do the firearm certificate thank you Fidelity.

The was nothing stressful since we were thought every thing about our job and how to deal with stressful things or people.

 So far none... It's been few years I haven't experienced such problems...

Be professional, wear full uniform, be on time at work, transport it's for everyone and we get more support from seniors

Good, less pressure but more work day by day also more more experience on good and bad on customers or clients

Working for that company was nice and productive becourse were working in the traffic department helping people who went there for bookings and other stuff if you have problem you call your supervisor he come emidiately to sort that problem and they all friendly including the managers so working for Fidelity was very nice becourse they care about their staff and clients
