At my work place we were all told that no one as a dependent of work u move around the store and cover every dependent that needs attention while doing that I have to make sure that I'm always looking at the till if there are customers who wants to pay remember we are short staffed I believe that I learn team work and communicate skills  in my work place customers service it's the most important part that we must all play which is a do it well in terms off management I'm impressed because they always lead by example they work hard just like us who are working as store assistants the hardest part of my job is working overtime with our getting paid for overtime the part that I also love it's treating each other as a family we care about each and always encouraging each other 

Terrible place to work especially if you are black. No culture not enjoying the work I wouldn't advice anyone to work here. They mistreat people over work them and then worst of all they don't want you to take leave and they don't even pay over time. Instead you are constantly reminded how lucky you are to have a job because you are easily replaceable since there are many people out there looking for jobs. They break the staff's spirit for work so they can control them. When you don't allow that to happen to you they classify you as a problem and do everything in their power to get rid of you.

There's no best part working there

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes they cancel day offs, there's no professionalism, no friday and weekend off. No working smart 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and there's no professionalism

Stressful, there's always a surprise for each day
