FNB as a whole is such a great company with great people. It honestly depends on your management, team and the kind of people you meet. Personally, my line manager was a very toxic and a bitter person. Those kinds of people who hold you and your future back. She was once person who would make you suffer when thinking of waking up and going to work. She made they environment bitter. Definitely not a good person full of malice and jealousy. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my experience even with them team. I just enjoyed the few good people I met who made the environment great. I will forever be grateful for those few people.

Confidence, knowledge, skills, time management and many more. I don't regret working for FNB

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
My last manager was putting unnecessary pressure, focusing on daily numbers instead of month to date and year to date. His approach was not good but other than that, I enjoyed working for FNB and I will forever be grateful

Ubuntu which leads to team work. My colleagues fault is my fault, management's fault, company's fault etc... I learned to take full responsibility

Get in get coffee have a conversation with the team,  execute tasks and go home. Everyday different as I would engage with all staff and team members.
