.Typical day working environment very good n it will be a meeting after a meeting and not forget the running of the store to maximise sales.
.I have learnt to be always on my toes and respect everyone from staff to customers and ensuring that replenishment takes place in order to increase sales.
. Management always communicate to subordinates in every level of the store to increase sales and prevent stock loss and the communication builds a good relationship amongst staff and customers.
.Shoplifting we need to ensure that we prevent shoplifting even if we have few staff all areas needs to be covered but now it was difficult since we had shortage of staff but we don't need to mention that we must ensure that the floor is covered as management.
.Most enjoyable part is to see our customers and staff happy, increasing of sales and prevention of stock loss and this makes everyone happy because there will incentives for good performance.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The hampers we recieved every second month.... With all my favorite and high quality products 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The working hours  and payroll 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Well... Working with so many many different types of woman from different places and diffrent ealks of life... That alone made me  get more comfortable in learning how to not only deal but also how  to handle people even (even the difficult one) but it was fun overall especially learning about the different brands that have existed before i was even born. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
On a norm usually relaxed and breezy... But month ends and year ends were abit hectic sometimes challenging

i have learnt that pleasing the customer is the employee's first priority. The management was great due to the manager communicating well with the employees and keeping the employees happy at all times. My co-workers  were like a family,  they were no incidents of arguments amongst ourselves. The hardest part of the job is house keeping when the customers have left everything on the floor especially at the Kiddies Department. The most enjoyable part of the job was working as a cashier,i really enjoyed working with money and meeting the target.

It was my second home I did not have colleagues but I was having my brothers and sisters working yet at the store it's like having experience with your brothers and sisters they are always there for you help you through out everything so that you can understand and learn quicker hours were very short but I really enjoyed to be there to work with them manager's take you like a child they help you step-by-step so that you can understand and give a customer a good customer service that's all

I like working for Edgars, the environment excites me alot, and i love dressing professional and this store helps me on dressing presentably all the times as the uniform look stunning.


I would like to get employment at this store and i feel like i still need more time to gain experience and have fun.

I loved working at Edgars even though the hours I was given to work were little and I was working as a casual. there I learned a lot about merchandising and assisting customers and maintaining customer value and services in which we gave customers a very good impression about the store and many of the customers there were always coming back to shop at the Edgars store because they got brilliant service

Tills : you help customers and you become the face of business.
Floor: when I assist the customer in every thing that they want in a store.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I all ways find better ways of doing things, those recommendations .  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Customer service: It's all about the customers and you drop everything and serve the customer

some days were very tiring especially the pay days.I learnt interpersonal skills,communication skills and how to work as a team.Their management was great and I believe we had a very good working relationships with our management.There was no hard part of the job because all we did was pack clothes at the tills and pack clothes inside the store and at the ground floor.The most enjoyable part of the job was working as a team with my colleagues.

There's nothing stressful working at Edgar's because everyone respects everyone.

It has a lot of space and we must always apply the rule called first..

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Saturday,because it is quiet busy and I like an environment whereby you see movement

Typical day at work it's when you facing the shoplifter bt as a professional security that not a problem. What I have believed and learned how to work together as a team No one  is better than anyone we are the family
