The working place must be safe to everyone and working procedure to be followed in order to produce high quality products.
I have leaned to fully commite myself in every task given and meet deadlines and also to work under minimal supervision.
Assistance from other collegues helps in giving confidence of knowing what you doing.
The hardest part was to be in the industry for first time and to fully understand the working ethics of the company. The most enjoyable moments were on the exitement of knowing that your optinion counts.

A day at work would be busy, noisy, under pressure, hard working and filled with a buzzing atmosphere. I learnt how to work in a noisy and open plan office. Management was good. Got on well with co-workers and no secrets were kept from each other. The hardest part was following up on PODs from logistic companies and locating missing goods that were not delivered to the customer. Most enjoyable part of the job was outdoor team building.

A typical day at work would be very busy and fun at the same time. 
Reading and responding to emails. Answering phone calls and making phone calls. Going to the bank to do deposits. People coming in to pay there levies and bills. Doing some office work like filing and sorting out documents.
The hardest part about the job is remembering everything about everyone and every property. 
The most enjoyable part is when we all can work together as a good team and getting back good feedback.

START WORKING AT EIGHT IN THE MORNINGS NO LUNCH TIME BUT WAS NICE CAUSE OF FREE LUNCH. I'VE LEARNED A LOT ABOUT MANAGEMENT OF THE BUSSINESS HOW COLOURING WORKS AND WHAT KIND OF PAINT TO USE WHERE. CO-WORKERS WAS NICE CAUSE I MANAGE OVER THEM WE HAD LOTS OF FUN TIMES . CASH UPS WAS THE HARDEST PART CAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOUR MONEY WAS CORRECT. GOING HOME WAS THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART.

I have learnt a lot in my few years at the company.
My work days are enjoyable and I liked coming to work in the morning.
There isn't a hardest part of the job just knowing how to work with clients ( as they can be difficult)
Its nice to see new faces everyday and help clients with there choose of paint and give advice.

Seeing customers with reps, every week a different region.
Loads of admin and reports, generous with training and went on regular courses.
Management was terrible.
Relaxed work place
Not getting support or recognition from the boss.
Opening new accounts and grow existing business

Its a great place to work, some customers are difficult but who doesnt love a challege ,most difficult customers left with a smile on there face.I loved with with different people on a daily.we all worked as a team ,we were more like family we all helped where there was help needed.

Even though the work and life balance wasn't in line I still enjoyed working with paint.  I enjoyed working with the clients and helping solve their paint problems.

I learnt most of what I know about paint from a previous place of work but the culture and the way things were done was different.

The hardest part of the job was having to deal with unfairness.

When I'm at work I daily put my mind in my work
I've learnt to be organised and punctual, an ability to work under pressure
I was trustworthy towards my management
They always knew that, they could rely on me
I was enjoying helping customers

i have learned to work with different people of different cultures
my co-workers were inspiring to me because they used to tell me about going back to school i am still young i have a future
best part selling more paints they took us out for dinner thanking the workers the were no hardest part i can say over time
