we had a problem with the material that was used to build few panels. Due to our procedures we were required to do the test, which was done and the material was good to go but our customer was not happy with it so we had to relaunch new material. at later stage our customer come back to say ,they have looked in our reports and so we can accept those panels. it was a relieve because cost will have to be carried by our company. i learned that always make sure we launch material that has enough shelf ife.

If your abit of a quite person management see you as a loser and they will try everything to make you leave, if you speak to management about collogue problems they do not make any effort to sort thing out. Very bad place to work for.

A typical day at work would entail having production meetings to get a sense of the work plan ahead, then trying as hard as possible to work to deliver the plan. The hardest part of the job is where operations clashes with quality.
