Everyday you are on over 5 projects where you have to join meetings and still uphold code base, there is no real structure for 9/10 projects. 

Management don't know what they are doing and making bad decision that quickly burn the relationship with a client.

There are no real project handovers when former employees leave.

Management have a favoritism system where people they like get better performance reviews. Good working employees get a base inflation increases when they did complete a lot of projects. Bonus is hidden behind performance review of 80% and above

 Arrive meet the team in the canteen have coffee and discussion for about an hour. Sort tasks. Do a internally presented course or recent experience.  Meet next project team for pre project discussion.  Do tasks. Have lunch and continue  discussion from morning coffee. Do tasks
 Tems catchup meeting. Informal meeting/discussion with Operations Management. 

You will learn a lot and experience a lot. The pace is fast so if you like a challenge this is a great place for you. Management are hands off until something goes wrong though and that can be tough. There is also an EXCEPTIONALLY high standard expected of everyone and this is both good and bad because sometimes there is not the time taken to listen to the situation before pushing the process onto everyone.

There is always a lot of work to look forward to and the majority of colleagues are great to work with. The environment around is forever good/healthy. i have learned so much that even working under is not stressing.

promotions are biased towards the white employees. Black foreigners and white employees are recognized more than local blacks. Promotions are more biased towards the whites and a few foreign blacks. Not more than 10 blacks have been made managers in the last 6 years.

Really nice company to work at. Fun and interesting environment. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. I don’t feel as if there is much growth opportunities in the company. There’s also a lack of communication from management. Pay is  good.

The Company Culture was one of the best I ever had. Really enjoyed my time at DI. The management were professional and approachable. The strategic goals were great within the company itself.

If you’re a junior looking for exposure , you’ll benefit but other than that, it’s all work work work and meeting budget. If that’s not happening , you’re in for long nights with no appreciation shown by management. 

Great place to work, Awesome environment, friendly people. Many specialists which can help you excel in your career. Great learning hub, office culture is amazing.
