A typical day at work consisted of following up on mails from or to clients, checking with the accounts dept if clients had paid in deposits for rental properties or deposits for purchasing properties, updating the data base with previous days new enquiries, preparing paper work to go and see new tenants, purchasers or property owners/investors. Set up and confirm meeting with clients as well as go see existing clients. I learned how an industrial development is put together from the ground up having to deal with the builder, contractors and council on a daily basis. Having all the required tools available to me I was also able to investigate ownership of properties and land for future business. The management were very supportive of my dealings and interactions with clients and if required I was able to call on top management to assist with clients where I was not knowledgeable enough to deal with the client. The work place culture was very laid back but came to the point that if you were not out seeing clients you would not be earning any commission. The hardest part of the job was having to wait on third parties to deliver documents that was totally out of your control, the most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with people who had never bought property before and being able to assist them from start to finish in an efficient manner and seeing their happy smiles on key handover.

no patience wanting results without proper training business has no proper direction but expect results .

they have no proper steps in place i would not recommend working there if you not white n do not know how to be their puppet
