I've been working at Coalition for four months now as a fully remote worker. A typical work day for me includes web page design, paid ads creatives, infographics and illustration to mention some.

This company has already (within 4 months) taught me a lot about streamlining and optimizing of processes to work better, smarter and faster while not completely overwhelming me as a new employee.

Management is friendly, very responsive and can be easily spoken to, actually anyone in the company can be easily spoken to about any issue which is great and makes one feel comfortable to speak up about improvements or workload.

I'm a remote worker but I still feel the impact of the company culture, goals, attitudes and that collective striving for success on multiple levels (from a company level to an individual level).

The hardest part of the job for me initially were the hours (I'm based in another time zone), but after the 3 month period I was able to adjust my hours to better suit me which was great! The workload can get pretty hectic at times, but that's something I'm used to in my industry so it keeps me on my toes, and teaches how to learn to handle varying amounts of pressure.

The most enjoyable part of the job for me is the diversity of the clients I get to work with, and getting the opportunity to focus on design. I also enjoy working with a larger team and learning from them. There are also some cool perks (even for remote workers) like gym membership subsidy, health care subsidy.

All in all a great and informative work experience, it can have a high workload at times but also has a great support structure (for the employee) to handle overload.

It is definitely a lot of work and responsibility with a large portfolio of accounts, but you are rewarded accordingly and you have a team supporting you. There is a positive Team culture where everyone is equal and respected.This is one of the best digital agencies I have worked for!
