My typical work day I would work from 8-4, however I had to work some overtime due to the enormous work load that each advisor was given. We would have to give legal advise on the legal hotline 4 hours a day and we were assigned client files to work on for 3 hours a day. I learned a lot with regards to legal processes and specialized in debt within the company. My supervisor was very supportive however the rest of the management team was very distant and they were not very involved with the legal advisor. The hardest part of my job was dealing with difficult clients and dealing with the enormous work load, I enjoyed gaining all the knowledge and meeting some very interesting people.

Nothing. The company culture is not one that cultivates not facilitates professional growth

Employees are encouraged to work even when they're burnt out or a physically ill. The company has a health benefits that is not offered to employees. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The management will absolutely micromanage employees, the are not unwilling to understand "life happens" 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day is the employee trying to ensure that the customer is always right even if the law doesn't agree

A typical day at work includes taking inbound calls and providing telephonic advice to clients for half the day. The other half of the day is for attending to new and pending cases. Great people/fellow employees to work with. Only a few good apples where management is concerned. The remuneration could be better, considering the hours one has to put in to provide quality work.

Worst environment ever. 

- the management is incompetent and always blames employees for their own short comings. 
- the annual increases offered to the staff are an insult (i.e R150.00)
- employees resign every month because of the comapny over works and underpays them
- the management is made up of relatives and friends. 
- the company spends millions on advertising whilst they have little to no staff doing the actual work. This leads to overpromising and under delivering.

Clientele Legal is currently concerned with mass production not quality. You finish your target and then you have won. A divide and rule culture where you will grow by talking bad about others. Management don’t encourage collaboration. Management smoke together and friends.Very emotional management and hate to be challenged.

A typical work day is very busy. Have to attend to advisor's needs as well as clients. I have to review advisor performance and further guide them to ensure that proper service is given to clients. I attend to my own claims and manage my diary as well as the diary of the team I lead. I conduct interviews for prospective employees.

Clientele legal is so stressful, management always complaining over small mistakes. No emotional support at all always threatening to take action. It is no ideal for a family person or highly experienced person growth is so slow, only lapdogs are promoted. Favouritism plays a huge role

I love working with my colleagues as we help each other navigate the work. However management is very toxic, oppressive, not flexible and there’s favouritism based. You’re always threatened with warnings and there is micromangement

Too much workload with very little staff. But, on the upside you'll learn time management and to provide excellent customer service. The continuous training being conducted also help a lot too.

The most enjoyable part is receiving your incentive after reaching your monthly KPI's
