early morning meetings, work/ targets set out for the day, start of early as high volumes of work comes in daily, i am the only one in my section that does the type of welding so i need to be accurate and fast.

the hardest part of my job is that hard work goes unnoticed. i love what i do, im very dedicated to my work and I reach over and above targets on a daily basis. ive been in this field for over 20 years, im hard working and loyal to my company and peers. i am able to train and manage colleagues when the need arises.

overall i would say that my company has given me stability and i have learned alot. I now feel its time to spread my wings and see what else is out there, im up for any challenge!!

CFW asked me to join them if i was available to help project managed a big job they had for DCD in Port Elizabeth. After successful completion I was offered a production manager position on contract for their Environmental division. I then managed all work from production through to final installation and commissioning for almost two years. The contract I had was being rolled over every few months but was never converted to permanent. I left CFW to join Quarlcor which was a permanent position.

Working at this company has been a supportive and uplifting experience. From day one, I’ve been given all the tools, resources, and guidance needed to succeed in my role. Leadership is encouraging and genuinely invested in helping employees grow, both professionally and personally.

Environment is extremely friendly, staff and overall helpfulness. 
The management needs work, they applaud to less and pressure on every mistake to often. A tad egoistic. No harsh personal feelings, just would of done, and handled things differently.
