The company is contracted by different companies, the review is based on a particular portfolio/contract that I work for. The work load is too much to handle, one has to work every weekend unwillingly. Management does not treat staff fairly, you can have your peer (same position) earning almost 2x your salary but you are both exceeding management expectations or your subordinate earning way more than you. Management does not take care of their staff they just want to meet SLA no matter what. Majority if not all staff on this portfolio wants to leave. Salary is little and it is even worse when you try to balance it with the work at hand. The good thing is that there is very minimal micro management.

There is a high employee turnover rate. People do not last long here. There is a lack of clear direction from leadership. Stressful, toxic & unhealthy environment. Huge pay disparity for the same role across different departments. There is no growth or development as managers do not share information or knowledge. No mentorship or coaching is provided. It's all about how much you liked by managers not about what you do.

I worked there for over a year. No growth, no skills development (you pay for this every month though), very unprofessional, very toxic environment, extensive staff turnover, poor management, it's all about who you know, overworked, underpaid, disgusting work environment, no structure, they don't value staff.

Easy going....open and transparent. No micro managing and not toxic

Not challenging at all. BORING

The place is very toxic.People with matric will earn more that you just because of their skin color.Black people are treated unfairly and paid very low without an opportunity of growth.
The staff is so unprofessional and rude and HR is worse .

Very busy, can be challenging, but worth the busy environment, just a lot of moody people, need to stay alert and be extra careful for gossiping people 



It's a great company to work for, there's some people in management who just want to make life hard for other people. Otherwise if it wasn't for those few, it would be a great environment.
