I relished  working  at CC .learnt alot about  myself  whilst  working  there ...acquired  vast  skills and experience  and enjoyed  training  and coaching  newbies and new franchisees  .you  have  to be an empathetic  listener  and persuasive  talker .
I wish  though  that  the franchise  owners  would  liaise  more often with  staff other than management  to get the  truth  from what's  really happening  in the  store  and in their  absence  .blindly  trusting  management  will definatly stagnate  growth of the  store. my advise to new franchisees would be to listen to those under dogs, they have great  ideas  to grow your business  they  know  whos doing fraud  or what  the  stores  downfall is .and guys if you  see superiors  doing  wrong  advise  your boss always  be honest . Dont pay attention to gossip , go for  as much training  and courses  as you can take  advantage  if it.Always  be respectful  to all and learn to be tolerant  to lots  of new personalities  .help  fellow  colleagues  if u are able  to and just enjoy  what  you do .

•	Coordinating work flow among ten consultants.
Prioritizing and delegating tasks, providing motivation and direction to create a positive work environment and ensuring accurate, on-time completion.
•	Tracking office expenses and creating monthly reports for senior executive. 
Preparing invoices, accounts Receivable/Payable and banking.
•	Mediating conflict among employees and between staff and management,
utilizing diplomacy and humour to resolve issues.
•	Responding to client needs and providing additional support where necessary.
•	Grew company from R300 000.00 to R400 000.00 on my first month in charge.
•	Overseeing daily operations, including sales, purchasing, loans and client relations.

I started as a salesman at Cash Converters Empangeni. 
 
A typical day at work would be dealing with numerous clients in need of selling or placing their items on loan terms.

I learned a lot at CC Empangeni, since I started off as a mere salesman. I worked myself to Manager in the course of a year. 

My co-workers were excellent and we always maintained a positive vibe  in the store. 

The hardest part of the job was getting enough customers, as I felt there was never enough. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was the leadership. Leading a team if people to put smiles on the faces of our customers is a rewarding experience.

Working at Cash Converters Table View was very easy as had previous experience. I have learnt that you should work smart and not hard. Giving your best whats make your successful and willing to learn and going that extra mile makes you a better person. Being one one of the Senior Operator was very challenging as i was working with different culture, but i got use to it and understand and learnt the different cultures. The hardest part of the job was there was no benefits and no growth, so it was difficult to stay with in the company and due to traveling i had to look for better prospects.

HAD TO CLEAN WHERE I WORKED.DID STOCK TAKING AND MERCHANDISING,TAKING INCOMING CALLS,DATA CAPTURING, SALES MAKING SURE I PROVIDED THE CUSTOMERS WITH INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCTS WE HAVE IN STORE AND MAKING SURE THEY BUY. LEARNED TO BE PATIENT WITH CUSTOMERS,GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS,COMPUTER SKILLS AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT SKILLS,WHICH WAS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART AS THE COMPANY SELLS SECOND HAND GOODS. WHAT WAS MOST ENJOYABLE WAS HAVING TO INTERACT WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND HAVING TO HAVE WITNESSED THE GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT WORK EXPERIENCE.

I worked for cash converters ninapark for four years when i start work there by teach me about we must Colaborate means working as a team and being one thing thats cash converters log and also that customer is a king we need to treat them with  respect and also we need to work hard so we can reach the target of the shop .cash converters is a second hand shop ,we buy goods from customers and sell them to those who cant afford to buy new of the shop and we also have cash advance loan only for 1 month 

Set stock for the day and get it on display shelves. How to negotiate in such a way that the client actually felt that they got a good deal.Management was very much hands on and part of all aspects of the work. Co-workers and management was always on the same level and no one was better than the next person. The hardest part was to convince clients that they need a item/s when they don't really need it and the most enjoyable was the road  you took to convince those clients that they need those items.

So initially I really enjoyed my job, everyday was different with new things to learn, I learned a lot on that job.
But management was weak, nepotism was high, favoritism was always there, you can't do anything right in their eyes if you are not "family".
The hardest part was working alone in a very busy and demanding Buyshop.
Most enjoyable was the different customers I had to deal with.

Doing what expected from me every morning, starting  the day and doing floats for all the tills ,without  me being followed, I enjoy it

It's welcoming, we take very good care of  our customers

The stressful part is when a costomer want something what we don't have
