Fun and vibrant, but stressful as you cannot have a moment to yourself, because everyone including management are in your business.

Stressful as you walk into the office, with endless meeting in one day.

Every team has their own culture, has their own experiences and expectations.

Again this depends on the department. 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meetings, stakeholder engagements, project alignments and updates
Team management, scheduling and QA updates. Coaching too

The job enables you to work remotely but the company does not allow you to, you need to travel every single day to work and back carrying your laptop and things with you.

The management do not care about the employees well-being. 

They offer you are very high salary and that is because people are resigning almost every week, including long standing capitec employees



It was exciting , I was a contractor worker , I was placed by an agent. It was busy.

Screening CV for consultants , hand out regrets letters. Filling

Morale is low amongst certain staff and 
departments productivity is based on onesself. When speaking out against Victimisation and Unfairness and struggling to focus and mentally cope. Hope to have a good manager and Teamleader and Head of Department. As some will always have the best interest of the company at heart before anything else.

On paper, they seem like a dream company to work for. But in reality? They will cost you your mental health. The environment is not one you can grow or be happy in as a POC — you will work hard and get very little reward for it.

Unfortunately, management treat people of colour with very little respect.

Capitec Bank is very advanced where it comes to technology and innovation. I learnt tons in the financial sector and there are loads of opportunities and room for growth.

Not family oriented, they enslave you and please know you will be threatened with your job.

If you want to grow you have to adhere to their demands , your growth is in their hands 

I really enjoyed my time at Capitec Bank Head Office. I had a great manager and made wonderful professional connections internally as well as with external vendors.

I would like to work at capitec bank because I want to put more values to the company . I want to gain more experience and make the company successful after 5 years
