Well I do my best with change and learning

It used to be a great place to work in , however things have changed , the management are no longer following the Capita Values , they are not people 1st but always chasing numbers. The is always something new and changes done , and it’s always affecting the employees at the end of the day because it always last minute the employee need to work hard to prove themselves where as the management is not supportive at all.

A typical day at work would be taking calls non-stop. You need to be focused and work towards a goal which is your incentives. Manage your time wisely and avoid any distractions. Once you have mastered this you'll be making money! The fun comes afterwards! Promotions are always available!

Management sucks.
Hours are bad.
Salary is way too low for the type of work you do.
Always descrepencies with your salary.
Work environment is bad.
You get hired under false pretences, you're promised things but you never receive it.

Capita is overall a good company to work for, they however need to apply to there values, and commitments they make to there employee's.overall capita is a good company to work for and there is place for growth.


Workplace itself isn't too bad. 
Favoritism quite visible. 
Not appreciated for work being done, always told or atleast reminded about warnings. New warnings brought into light every so often.


They don't care about your well being, they will make you work overtime and not pay it. I would never allow any of my friends to work for that company. Stressful and management does not care. 

The day you start working at Capita SA just know it's over! You're saying goodbye to your mental health!

CSA don't get paid enough for the job we do. I bet everyone working at Capita will agree on this one!

You won't Regret it, go for it,  i regret leaving, the best campaign I've ever worked for.
Sad i had to leave due to personal reasons but i Hope i would get second chance
