My day at work would mean that i get to interact with the sales executives in the dealership who bring in their client' s application form for me to load & submit to the banks for approval. once approved i inform the client and discuss the installment and make appointment for them to come sign the contract, i would also be selling VAPs which are optional but very beneficial to the client too. Then after a day or 2 i would email the contract pack back to the bank requesting a pay out for that particular deal and draw a commission sheet for the sale executive.

When you put your full focus and strength on the company and no one sees that

To work as a team , e.g help each other . I’m sure they will be more work done.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When I’m given a task that I’m unskilled on but have to learn it on the way

Everybody greets and have tea/coffee and share few minutes.
I appreciate that as a woman I was   very versatile in my cmmanding position
Management are highly efficient and project efficiency
People are very friendly and co-operative
Hardest part of the job is when client expects his vehicle as soon as possible
I love the environment, that we busy the whole day and be of service to the public

CMH was a please if not honor to work for.
Goals were always clearly explained, Management was always hands on and supportive.
Teamwork was excellent and inter department cooperation was good. 
Their systems designed to assist sales was one of the best

Fun to work at. The day to day duties are done in a very productive and professional manner. Management very good with employee welfare.
The good part  of the job is you get to meet new exciting people on a dailyear basis.

I'd open at 6:30am but my contract stated i start at 7am and worked till after 6pm,management was good at delegation of difficult task especially when it comes to customer and queries and toxic environment

Nice company to work for, good management, CEO. The only problem is KZN Regional manager....They giving opportunity to grow, driving to different places, learning new things every day. Good communication within management and staff
