 The best part is getting to serve happy customers and be part of a fun, food-loving team!  Plus, learning about food and customer service in a fast-paced environment

The most stressful part is probably handling busy rush hours, like lunch or weekends, where it gets super hectic. But I’m all about staying calm under pressure and delivering great service

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
"As a Cashier at Chicken Licken, a typical day involves greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring the dining area's clean. It's about making each customer’s visit enjoyable and efficient

Working at Chicken Licken groomed physically. A Typical day at work was when finding a small person having to carry large cases of meat to refrigerators. What I learned there was that size or weakness was neither an obstacle which could hinder a person from doing what they believe they are capable of doing. The management was very understanding as long as one keeps a workplace culture of respecting time, customers and keeping the place clean. The hardest part of the job was having to defrost meat during cold seasons. I must say, the most enjoyable part of the job was to meet new people everyday and learn something new from each one them...I always enjoyed working with people and Chicken Licken gave me that opportunity, it was sad to have to leave the company to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher one day.

*A typical day at work:*
My day's usually buzzing! I start with a team huddle, prioritize tasks, and dive into projects. Lots of problem-solving and collabs with colleagues.

*What I believe I learned:*
Time management and adaptability are key. You gotta roll with the punches and prioritize like crazy!

Our management's pretty cool, supportive and open to feedback. They empower us to take ownership.

*Workplace culture:*
Super chill but focused. We have fun, but we get stuff done.

*The hardest part of the job:*
Meeting deadlines when things get crazy!  Sometimes it's tough to juggle multiple projects.

*The most enjoyable part of the job:*
Definitely the people and the problem-solving. I love figuring out solutions and collaborating with the team!

I've learner a lot about customer service, customers are very important since the establishment was new so there were a lot of challenges

Difficult customers,but being experienced as I am on customer service I make sure the customer is always happy

Busy,and there's team work so we don't feel the pressure 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Our shift starts at 08:00 preparing for the opening of the shop work for 9 hours ,,cash-up and making sure that everything is ready for the next shift, checking the stock

Is to get an experience and be able to work with strength n being a hard worker  and to work with abilities and skills with great customer service

Working late hours on a month end. It get busy sometimes you knock off very late and still have to come back in the morning

Fast paced and challenging coz you're not working alone, you have to work as a team

Month end when you have to call out customer orders and there's another customer busy distracting you

Not having what customers need and working with short staff

I enjoyed working with money and people,I love interacting with the public and answering their question.I have excellent communication skill and great interpersonal skill,Am clam during busy period and capable of resolving issues quickly

I would really appreciate the chance to share my skills and enthusiasm with you.I believe i am highly capable and experienced for this position,I learned alot about the role and I am ready to progress my career further.

As a manager at chicken licken i have learnt that keeping employees happy yet having a strong hand in company protocol allows for a great environment. the training and readiness preparedness at chicken licken head office needs to be a little more hands on. then again only experience can prepare you for situations. the hardest part of the job is having a good relation with the other manager and being on the same page. the most enjoyable part of working is hitting targets and breaking records.
