The management of CD Vision Marketing is a pleasure to be working with and for.  They definitely structure one into that role from entry level. So expect some growth within the company. 

As, for myself, I really like working here. I personally enjoy working in such a positive and firm environment.  I would say the hardest part of the job is correcting costly mistakes. As it gives the company a bad rep. And the most enjoyable, part is, I get to grow in my role of responsibility in the company.

As a company, you not only will work in but grow in. If you work with great dedication and hard work - you could  roughly (in a over a period of 12 months or less) have grown from entry level to Management.

The best part is that you grow as an indipendent person and start thinking about to owner your your own business.

Is about commission even though you dont have to think about money but grow in business , but salary to survive ✅🤝

Always clean and representable as a sales fields agent 🤝

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Mondays is a problem during month end

CD VISION MARKETING is a good company, whereby it really needs talkative, extrovert, determined,someone who's not afraid of approaching people and interact with them. I really enjoyed working face to face with clients, when I approach them I get to hear different opinions and suggestions and advices. 

Enjoyable part of the job is talking and relating to different people but they don't care about employees and their wellness they just care about money.  You don't sick leave even they can see you  are really sick. They don't have basic salary they deduct money from your commissions for their company house even though you don't stay there. You don't get paid if you don't come to work for valid reasons  you are not allowed to  attend close family  funerals 

They take advantage of you 
Manipulation
Lack of professionalism
If there's a misunderstanding they just conclude after listening to the person who has a higher position
They only value people in higher positions
They don't care about any personal problems
You work for them(money wise)
They can just decide to not pay you
This is not a legit job if I'm being honest

CD vision marketing is a company that help develop a persons character and builds mental and physical strength. The job has daily  challenges, daily problems to solve, communications skills are build and there are opportunities to grow within the company.

I had a decent experience at CD Vision Marketing as you know that no place is perfect but overall it was great. You learn leadership skills and how to deal with rejection and how to navigate the world of entrepreneurship. I still apply some of the knowledge I got from CDV on my day to day.


I could have stayed longer but I was not happy.. The work was too much and you had to convince clients to open accounts which they did not wa t which was a difficult job but a nice challenge.. It came with a small salary a lot of work

You get free training for two days just to develop your knowledge about products, then you're ready to hit the field and make as much profit as you wamt. You determine how much you want to earn. The more effort you put in the more profit you make.
