A typical day at work would be assisting all directors with any ad-hoc dutes and looking after clients - making sure they always have refreshments and doing anything they need me too. I am incharge of keeping the clients happy, sorting out their lunches and seeing to all of their needs.
I have learnt a lot about the call centre environment and how busy it is constantly. There is never a quiet moment, we have clients constantly from the UK and AUS as most of our campaigns are UK and AUS campaigns. I have learnt about the different time zones and how to adapt to their needs at all hours. I have also learnt to deal with a lot of different personalities and what to do in certain situations. This company has taught me to be a stern person. I always try my best to make everybody happy and aways assist the best I can.
The management is quite large as we are a huge company with averaging on 2500 employees. I would say that they do a great job in making sure that things run smoothly. They are very demading and have high expectations for every employee.
My co-workers can be quit challenging at times, but I am always up for a challenge and it makes me work harder and always put in the extra effort to get whatever I am doing, done in the most professional way possible however I get along well with all my co-workers and have built great relationships within the company.
I think the hardest part of my job would be trying to give the best first impression to a prospective client as we always want them to think highly of our employees and the company as a whole - you never know what kind of personality you are going to come across and always have to be open minded. Cant take anything personally in the working environment.
I would have to say that the most enjoyable part of my job would be working with so many different people - there are so many different cultures. I also enjoy being very busy and this is an extremely busy environment, there is never a dull moment, which I love.

CCI group they are very committed to creating successful career paths in a very supportive and nurturing manner.very engaged with their customers .as employees we were given a chance to get involve and support a number of causes.the workplace was very fun and each and every worker with positive attitude the hardest part of the job was when the system were down we would get calls but not being able to fix the problems for about an 1hour..most enjoyable part of the job was when we had team building get to know each other better  outside business.

Long working hours but not enough pay.I will give them a thumbs up for recruiting.CCI is always hiring but problem is people are always resigning.They should pay their stuff more to balance the long hours.The campaign I work for management need to treat employees fairly and with respect than rest assured the number of people who leave would reduce.

I am a person that are willing to take on challenges within the work environment with a professional approach to fellow colleagues and senior management. Driven to achieve set targets and strive to maintain a professional approach to valued clients on the companies books. Open minded in making suggestions in order to improve work ethics within department.

One of the best contact center I have been employed at. Great venue though a bit far from the city so would not suit anybody from Durban South unless they had own transport or a lift club as there are campaigns which work on Australian hours. Overall, a great place to work at with a gym and clinic onsite. Biometric access makes it safe and cctv gives piece of mind.

The job itself was enjoyable apart from the working hours timetable.

The major challenge was that it did not give one enough time to do what was required especially as a breadwinner & parent with off days given being any two days in a seven day week cycle.

the management is very poor.. their communications skills is very poor and we there's is not growth in this campaign

they hardly think for their core workers they only wants productivity only not thinking about their representative there's no excitement its not a place where you can look forward in working for

Working at CCI is tiring, honestly but a great place to obtain great experience and knowledge. I was very excited at first but as the months went by, I felt exhausted emotionally and physically. The work place is amazing and exciting but honestly you just have to know your business and comply.

The hours are great and also the incentives that we get at our department that I work under are great, we learn new things everyday and improvement sessions are available for everyone to get better at what we do as agents.
