A normal day at work is very structured to guarantee you only focus on the things that will advance you in this business and increase your profits. 
I learnt to always have a great attitude, a student mentality, phenomenal work ethic and to be more ambitious in life. 
The management always catch you doing things right and are always willing to train you to be the best version of yourself and discover your true potential.
The work culture was uplifting and conducive to growth.
The hardest part was being uncomfortable to ensure I grow and reach my personal big goals.
The most enjoyable Part of the job was selling the products which rewards the customer every month by paying there full membership fee back as airtime and providing much needed medical cover to people who would otherwise not afford it.
The most rewarding part to me is having control of my income

This business is great for those at the top of the pyramid who earn a percentage of the sales of those at the bottom of the pyramid, especially new recruits (trainees and trainers) who more than likely 'blow' (quit) within 3 months or less.
If you become successful by constantly recruiting new people to enable you to move up the ranks (trainer/assistant owner/franchise owner) then you're part of a pyramid scheme NOT a business and if you have not started your 'business' from the ground up (business model), you're NOT a business 'Owner '. This business exploits new and impressionable youth by feeding them lies about 'success' when each person needs to define what success means to them instead of the accumulation of money and material things (dream chart). You will waste your time and money joining this 'business' (cult).

For a B.Com graduate with 3 years of corporate experience at one of the world's biggest companies, I have NEVER learnt & experience so much in marketing and sales, leadership, and business management like I have at Capital Growth since I started in 2014. From the early set of the morning,you feel the energy and enthusiasm around the workplace. And it has taught me a lot about taking accountability about yourself and your surrounding, being able to be influential on your work and able to maintain a great attitude nomatter what circumstances you facing at work or in my life.
It's simply the enjoyable management,were you don't feel you have bosses but business partners. It's just a great environment!

I mean one could say in school a star meant you did well, but i do not even have the words to describe this place. Those still there, even there legs have started quitting on them but hold on keep a positive attitude and positive mentality kept them thinking they might actually own a business one day.

It was quite good to work there somehow and my trainee was very good at what he does and he thought me things I was not aware about it. Another thing going to the field thought me how to handle objection from different clients/customers and working on a presentation on a fast passed method, learning how to do the closing etc. All in the end I got some experience although I was not there for a long time because I was about to righ exams. 

Best company to work for and growth is guaranteed if u follow exactly what we teach you... Massive earning potential and yes its not easy bt however anybody with a great attitude and strong work ethic and willingness to success can do it... This business has shifted my life in so many ways and still shifting it... I came from retail working as a employee to now having my own business after 18months.. I'm extremely thankful for that... If I can so can you

I do love the fact that this sales environment is fun, highly motivating and supportive. We have great team support and it is such an awesome environment to make lots of money. I have learned how to set goals, and here my dreams are really acknowledged. I love the fact that we get paid commission. I am able to take care of my family, while learning and consistantly developing my skills. I think this opportunity can really shift my life and can make such a difference in south africa!

Typical day at work was traveling to various locations throughout the Western Cape, meeting new people and trying to make a sale. I learned how have patience and maintain a cool head in difficult situations. Management and co-workers were very supportive. Hardest part of the job was meeting new people everyday and trying to convince them for a sale. Most enjoyable part was traveling and gaining new experience daily
