Management rarely, if ever, provides constructive feedback. You often don't know where you stand until a crisis, making it impossible to improve or feel secure in your role.

The work environment is deeply rooted in a "sink or swim" mentality. There is very little focus on employee growth or professional development, leading to a stagnant atmosphere where you feel like a gear in a machine rather than a valued team member.

Never a dull day. Anvil provides a transparent and enjoyable working experience. The job requires hard work but we play hard as well. I have learned a lot in the property game and there is always space to learn more. The hardest part of the job is to canvass and stay on top of the game, as there is stiff competition with multiple other brokerages out there. I enjoy having my own space and working at my of pace.

Corporate culture is amazing. You truly feel like you're part of a team. You share struggles and celebrate successes. Management is very fair and will always treat you with respect. Be ready to work hard though. Anvil operates in a highly competitive industry so bringing your A game is essential.
