Affinity Health Insurance is a call- center based in Benoni, Gauteng. (Close to home) which offers their clients an affordable medical cover. 

Training was provided for all new employee's which provides information on product and selling techniques. Every successful sale made was paid to employee. 

The money and commission structure is excellent unfortunately I saw no growth for me in a call center, I was then offered a better opportunity to train up warehouse staff and manage stock etc. 

Thus, I would like to get back into the sales industry in a company I know ill be with for many years and grow with it.

A good company  that looks after their staff and making sure that everyone is happy. Career growth is there and it has good work ethics. Good management style.

Work you to death  to many hidden agendas management experience was terrible no one listens or helps you, call center with many hidden issues from senior management 

It was alright nice HR some managers are okay structure okay sales are doable and yes i probably would recommend someone with less experience to work there
