Horrible leads..you call people that never sent a request and yet expected to make sales out of them. Super toxic environment with favouratism on the floor their favourites get the better leads.  I selected number of people on the floor actually make the target the rest get scraps. You'll be put on performance management and then fired for not reaching target when even the supervisors would not close a majority of those leads.

Economy is in recession who wants to be cold called 
Well you cold call to convince clients
Soon as they hear Affinity a BIG Drop coming in your ears
Best leads goes to their friends and favourites
You would sit the entire day to struggle getting clients to take whatever you want to offer them
Probation might end without you not having a sale
Well save your time please!
Everything sounds okay at the interview until you come to the phone

I learned a lot about call centres work and training. Medical insurance is a good base to start your career in insurance. The company does not offer a lot of benefits....the hours are long and the basic salary reletavily low. I did enjoy the busy environment and the challenges it had to offer. However it was a high pressurised job. It is not a bad  company but there is room for improvement.

The training was good until it wasn't. The leads and overall resources are trash and they expect you to produce miracles. Unrealistic targets. They do not give you proper leads to dial and management always blames lack of productivity on your "mindset" and you being negative. 

Working there was a nightmare

Workplace culture was bad
Hardest part about this job is having to work long hours for peanuts
I enjoyed nothing about this job in fact made me hate working 

I went in with no sales experience and gained it after a couple of months.
People that you work with do motivate you to do better and to keep pushing.
There was no basic salary, all income we got was commission from our sales 

We had fun days laughing about pretty much everything.
Joking around with each other.
Friendly colleagues.
I could work without supervision and as a team player.
But were micro managed.

Be focussed and have a positive attitude.  Be friendly and believe in your product. For every no there can be a possible yes... don,t get negative.  Management will encourage you and the teambuilding is uplifting.  Closing deals give you faith for the next deal...

Highly pressurized environment. Productivity driven 
Management is very open and involved.
Company is fairly new so no proper culture as yet.
The constant evolving to satisfy business requirements to achieve customer satisfaction.
Constant learning is very exciting.
