Staff is very helpful everyone works together if u dnt understand u are being assisted .u get used to the amount of patients to work with . Management is understanding open door policy  everyone treated equal.every day is to enjoy there is never a dull moment at the workplace.

What is the best part of working at the company?
You don't have to work permanant  for them  and understandable people training provided for new comers  shift conveniant 24/7 online even when company is closed foe the day after hours.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Late booking especially  when it's  out of your way

Convenient  and punctual dress code  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Tiring  but good learning new things

Allmed nursing Agency I don't recommend salary is little and they give increase like 4Percent.
You do get leave but only leave days you have and if you example work fifteen days a month you take five annual leave days you get paid your salary but no leave days they include it with your salary..It really sucks.

A typical day at work is when the nurse don't work together .
I believe what i learned i must stick toward it and learned more.
Management is the one who is incharge of her floor and ppl around her.
Work place is to work together no metter what culture. The hardset part is that u disobey the rules enjo part of you job is to working together with your nurses and your patients as one happy family and is you love your job the it will be a happy place.

They give you work and let you work in different homes to gain more knowledge

To be suspended without warning and get dismissed without written warning

It is ok  and grt to know more people

Interaction with the residences/clients and fulfillment when they satisfied with my service.

Inadequate salary with no communication relating working procedures.

Fair, depending on the working staff allocating.

Allmed is a good agency because of the staff they have, they're friendly and understanding people. I love being a nurse and I love working if only allmed would give me more working shifts

I sincerely enjoyed working under this agency it has been more than a year since I worked with them but I can highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an agency. They are professional, they have good work ethics. 

Allmed doesn’t have any fairness 
They don’t stand up for their worker
They don’t enough for food supplies 
They always ready to fire people for no reason 
Their clients are very raciest especially in old age homes

The job was Stressful, i was able to learn how to cope under pressure
Management of Allmed was horrific, there was 1 person especially who made life horrible.
Not having good management structure made it hard to do your job.
