Your typical day at work is being a robotic parrot. Everything you’ve done yesterday, are EXACTLY what you’ll be doing today. Only thing that has changed, is the date on the calendar. 
I don’t think I’ve learned anything at 3i Solutions, other than moving to a different company with proper structure and management. 
The hardest part of the job was actually keeping it. If you saw R7000 end of month, I tell you, you were like the richest person across the company. And that’s if you work EXTREMELY hard throughout the month.
R7000 is peanuts for the 12 hour shifts you work Monday - Sunday (24hr - 365). You only get 2 days off in the week. You will NEVER get Saturday and Sunday off. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was being on leave, away from work for 2 days. 

this company teachers alot and has a great salary however there is no basic no benefits no full sick pay or getting off on holidays even after working 240 hours every month for over a year.
this is a place to start at and get a feel of a typical call center enviroment 
the company has no backup plan for employees or any clients and for most its just a temp job until the client pulls out of the contact its a safe place to work very clean and always spotless 
a typical work day will be a 10h shift 1 fifteen min toilet time ,2 fifteen min breakes and a 30min lunch 
you are told when to take breaks and your salary gets affected if you fall over the given time.

The absolute worst, most crooked, company I've ever worked for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The job, the hours, the management 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor. The company doesn't seem concerned with any of these factors

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You work 12 hours, get a 1 hour break, and any minute over that gets billed from your salary. Actual performance or productivity is less of a concern.

Senior staff are always ready to assist and are
supportive at most times.
Management go through a period of lack of communication.
Varied cultures and different classes and races.
Most difficult  part of job was lack of communication and changes without prior notice.
Most enjoyable was the interaction with fellow
colleagues and the learning about the new campaigns.

The employees consist of young and vibrant individuals, so coming to work was always exciting. The working hours are quite long, but the remuneration definitely makes up for it. The pay was really good, it included an attendance bonus and transport allowance (the transport was arranged by the company and was only for after work). It's a good place to expand your experience when you don't have any. There's growth opportunities for employees.

Great place to learn about how a actual call centre operates and the daily function of one, because more then 80% of employees are younger then 30-25. This meaning that most of them are still figuring out where they fit in in the corporate world. But for the most part the management does do a good job at helping there employees understand emotional intelligence, however this must be balanced between work and home

1) Reaching Daily targets. 

2) To be Productive and Punctual. 

3) Managing your own times not to be late. 

4) Very Cultural with all people. 

5) Making target under pressure when times is running up. 

6) Laughing with client over the phone and making them happy about our service that we offer.

Team managers/Leaders did not conduct themselves professionally.  Very childish at times, they did not have the emotional intelligence to be in that position and  definitely needed  training. (Worked there a while ago so maybe there is new management)

Selling payment protection insurance to uk customers was one the most easiest jobs i ever had to do i loved everything about it. It was a vibrant place to be at a lot of positive energy around you that made yoy want to work
