3+ years’ WordPress experience and web development experience
Good understanding of responsive web design and a mobile first approach to development
Strong portfolio of work
Clean coding methods
CSS/CSS3 for front end templating
HTML 5
PHP
Javascript
Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
Subversion (Git)
Database administration (MySQL)
Must be able to code own responsive template from PSD
Able to manipulate plugins to perform required functions (mentioning examples will be beneficial)
Experience using child themes and familiar plugins
Building new WordPress sites/systems from scratch (including themes and plugins)
Ability to work on Macintosh computer
