Success in this role will require an exceptional blend of:
- Programme Management
- Enterprise Change Management
- Technology Transformation
- Stakeholder Leadership
- Organisational Influence
- Technical Understanding
This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys influencing large organisations and has successfully delivered business-critical change programmes that impact hundreds or thousands of users.
The Programme
The successful candidate will lead a strategic programme focused on consolidating and modernising several core development, project management and collaboration platforms across the organisation.
The programme will involve:
- Enterprise-wide technology rationalisation
- Migration and consolidation of multiple software development platforms
- Alignment of project management and delivery methodologies
- Optimisation of knowledge management and collaboration ecosystems
- Standardisation of engineering and operational workflows
- Organisational change enablement across multiple business functions
This initiative will directly impact software engineering, delivery, product, operational and business teams globally.
The programme is expected to run over several years and will form a critical component of Derivco's broader transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Programme Leadership

- Define programme governance, reporting structures, workstreams and delivery frameworks.

- Work with technical stakeholders to evaluate and improve workflows, tooling and practices.

- Present programme updates and strategic recommendations.
- Influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Manage complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities.

The Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced transformation leader who understands that successful programmes are delivered through people, not just plans.
You are equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and engaging technical teams on operational challenges.
