Empower our Testers with the information they need to validate top‑quality releases.
Take responsibility for implementing enhancements into Production with precision and care.
Document your work clearly and keep system and program documentation up to date.
Maintain and evolve our data model documentation as the environment grows.
Lead with curiosity by performing root cause analysis and providing functional support to users.

Relevant IT Qualifications (degree or diploma)
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with software applications using the C# programming language within the .NET framework
Working knowledge of C++ will be an added advantage.
Database technologies (SQL Server, etc.) Microservices architecture
Front-end frameworks (React)
Testing frameworks (e.g. NUnit, MSTest etc.)
Web applications, cloud-native applications, and cloud-based applications
Application monitoring and observability tools
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework
Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)
Familiarity with web development concepts HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, etc.)
Exposure to DevOps (advantageous)
Knowledge of software design patterns and engineering best practices
Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
Basic understanding of UML (Class, Activity, Entity Relation Diagrams)
Exposure to the Financial Services industry (advantageous)
Working knowledge of core AWS services, cloud-native applications, and cloud-based applications (strongly recommended)
