BDR Properties is UK-based property investment and deal packaging company looking for a social media content creator / video editor who can take over my content and turn my deals and refurb projects into proper marketing.
You need to be strong on video editing, full of ideas, and not scared to push me to get content filmed. If you can't hold me accountable and drag the content out of me on busy days, this isn't for you.
If you've already had videos hit 1,000,000+ views for a company, brand or creator (and you can prove it), keep reading.
What you'll do:
- Plan simple content with me around deals, HMOs, refurbs, numbers and investor education
- Chase me and get footage recorded - calls, site visits, car chats, deal breakdowns
- Edit everything for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and longer clips for YouTube/LinkedIn
- Add subtitles, hooks, titles and simple graphics so people actually understand the deal
- Post and schedule content and write short, clear captions in good English
- Look at basic numbers (views, watch time, followers, enquiries) and tell me what's working
- Help turn content into leads and booked calls - not just "nice videos"
What I need from you:
- Good spoken and written English - clear, direct, no waffle
- You've already edited content that got at least 1,000,000 views (with links or screenshots as proof)
- A portfolio: links to your TikToks/Reels/Shorts/YouTube and any pages you manage
- Strong short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Proper tech: modern smartphone and laptop/iPad (released in the last 5 years) so you can edit fast
- Real interest in social media - you keep up with trends and know how to grab attention quickly
- Based in South Africa, working remotely, with reliable internet
Nice to have (not essential):
- Any experience with property, investing, finance or similar
- Experience writing simple landing pages, emails or DM scripts
